Pacer & Co. ("we," "us") provides marketing, website, and software services to small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through pacerandco.com, our forms, and our ads, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site or in one of our ads (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), we collect what you enter: typically your name, business name, email, phone number, which services you're interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
• Information collected automatically. Like most sites, our server logs record your IP address, browser, pages viewed, and the referring page. We may use the Meta Pixel and Google tools to measure which ads bring people to the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about the services you asked about.
• To deliver services you've purchased and send you reports and account updates.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. By submitting a form with your phone number you agree to receive informational texts from Pacer & Co. about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business, such as hosting, email, text messaging, and advertising platforms (Meta, Google). They only receive what they need to perform their service for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and ad tracking

Our site may set cookies and use the Meta Pixel and Google tags to understand how visitors arrive and what they do. You can limit this with your browser settings and through Meta's ad preferences and Google's ad settings.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete them. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing the address below. California residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which you can exercise the same way.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
